We've entered a new era for property developers where JV is going to become the preferred method of doing business.

In the tougher credit climate we're all now in, lenders typically require more equity from developers, and landowners are finding it harder to sell their sites. It's therefore the obvious way forward and beyond this business log jam.

We arrange Joint Ventures (JV) between landowners and developers; and occasionally contractors too. And we also arrange the Joint Venture Finance needed for the project.
