Intrapreneurship? Can't you spell?
I've been an entrepreneur since I left Grammar School in 1970, but I've never been an Intrapreneur, or at least I was never aware of ever being one. Turns out, I was actually, in a small way. Being an Intrapreneur is acting like an entrepreneur WITHIN a business. As soon as I realised this, just a few years ago in fact, I've become passionate ever since about the need to tell anyone I met in business to find ways to turn everyone in the business into an intrapreneur immediately - that's whoever picks up your rubbish right through to you as owner/director - everyone.
The 'how and why' of doing this remarkable trick is a very long debate indeed, but for now it's easy to sum up as the need for everyone in your business to innovate, innovate and then innovate some more. And then some more.
